Tells about the continued adventures of Woody (Tom Hanks), Buzz (Tim Allen), and the toys belonging to Andy (John Morris) others. Now, Andy is told to go to a camp cowboy and take Woody participate. But unfortunately, hand torn Woody Woody and Andy was left at home. Andy's mother was put Woody on top of the bookcase. The next day, Woody met Wheezy (Joe Ranft), a toy penguin who can sing, which have been put on the shelf for months because her voice was broken. When Andy's mother took Wheezy for sale in a yard sale, Woody went down to rescue him, but Woody is stolen by an evil toy collector.
Buzz and the other toys then try to identify the thief Woody as al McWhiggin (Wayne Knight), the owner of the toy store Al's Toy Barn. Buzz, Hamm (John Ratzenberger), Mr. Potato Head (Don Rickles), Slinky Dog (Jim Varney) and Rex (Wallace Shawn) went to rescue Woody.
